Q. How many people are in the class?

In the group class, english conversation class and Japanese class are 2 to 6 people.

Q. What language does the teacher teach?

"English Conversation Class"
Except for beginners, it is conducted only in English.
In the case of beginners, japanese will also be provided with a japanese teacher or a Japanese assistant.

"Japanese Language Class"
Basically, I use Japanese, but I can also speak English or Filipino.

Q. Do you have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi support is available.

Q. I'm not good at English for the first time, but is it okay?

It's okay even for the first time. You can follow foreign teachers in Japanese, use dictionaries, and take lessons with assistance from Japanese staff.

Q. What are the different types of payment methods?

In the school course, automatic direct debit. For the first two months, you will be charged by cash, bank transfer, PayPay, and LINE Pay.

* There is a settlement usage examination for each customer. Depending on the results of the screening, the payment function may not be available.

Q. Is there a cancellation fee when I take a break from lessons?

There is no cancellation fee if you contact LINE and call us at least 2 hours before the class start time.
If you contact us more than 2 hours before the class start time, there will be a lesson fee for one lesson.

Q. What materials do you use?

Beginner classes can enjoy free conversation with text or instructor-provided printed materials.
Intermediate and above classes basically enjoy free conversation.

Q. Is there any cost other than the tuition fee?

If you need text, you can purchase it.
Additional fees may be required to participate in activities other than classes.

Q. Will my tuition fees withdrawn from my bank or credit card return when I withdraw?

The amount of classes taken and the bank transfer administration fee of 500 yen will be refunded.

Q. How do I know if I have a class in the event of a disaster?

School classes will be closed when the alarm is issued. We will contact you by email or phone separately if necessary.
